RISING will culminate in a traveling photography exhibition that incorporates the voices of interviewees. We hope to provide an innovative, accessible, politically-neutral tool to heighten awareness and understanding of ongoing environmental changes in the Inner and Outer Banks and to engage audiences in conversation about reducing vulnerability and increasing resiliency.
